Well- everyone loves movies and usually the summer time is the big fun event movie era!
so what's everyone geeked for this year?
My list would be:
Harold and Kumar 2 (April 25) - i thought the first one would be dumb but loved it- now i look forward to their second offering
Iron Man (may 2nd)- how can a comic geek not be excited fer this
one? The trailers have looked amazing and Robert Downey Jr is a great actor.
Speed Racer (May 9th)- I'm torn on this one. I might wait on it and save the money for it for something else.
Prince Caspian (May 16th)- Loved the Narnia books as a kid and had
a lotta fun with the first movie. Will deff be there for this one.
Midnight Meat Train (May 16th)- I love Clive Barker and this is one of
my fave short stories by him. Hoping they don't mess it up.
Indiana Jones (May 22nd)- it's fucking Indiana Jones! How can ya
not be excited?!?!
Kung Fu Panda (June 6th)- Not sure about this one. Could be fun. Could be dumb.
The Happening (June 13th)- I love M Knight Shymalan (even if i'm
not positive that's how you spell his name). Loved all his movies so far
and eagerly await this one.
Wall-E (June 27th)- The trailers look beautiful... and he's a cute lil'
fucker...so i'm very excited about this one.
Wanted (June 27th)- Ya know..i never got the chance to check out
the comics.. but this looks promising. Might hafta wait til someone else
sees it though.
Hellboy 2 (July 11th)- Holy fucks. I am geeked about this one. I
love the comics, loved the first movie and can't effing wait for this one!
Dark Knight (July 18th)- Sigh... this is gonna be bittersweet. I
really liked the first one and cannot wait for this one...but it's gonna be
Ledger's last flick... and i consider him to be one of the finest actors of
his generation... so yeah... it's gonna be as hard to watch as The Crow
was. And I loved that movie.
And that pretty much sums up the movies i'm looking forward to this
summer. Any i missed? Your thoughts and/or concerns?

| really looking forward to the new batman movie! i know ledger's reimagining of the joker is going to be legendary.

Yeah-- i can't wait... i think its gonna be much like Brandon Lee's
performance in the Crow. Masterful and heartbreaking at the same time.

No..i'm not kidding.
I love the Clive Barker and it's one of my fave stories.
so i shalls see it...and hope they don't mess it up:)
